Chelsi - Co-Founder + CRNA

Chelsi is one of the co-founders of Moving Minds Foward Inc, along with the co-owner of Ketamine + IV Therapy Clinic of NWA. She is a very experienced and knowledgable CRNA who is passionate about helping advance the Mental Health Care arena. Her and Brittney met as CRNAs and decided to run their Ketamine + IV Therapy clinic together. Chelsi received her Nursing Degree at the University of Arkansas, and her Masters of Nursing Anesthesia at Arkansas State University. She has previous trauma and cardiac training and worked four years in ICU. She’s been a nurse since 2007, and an anesthesia provider since 2014.

Brittney - Co-Founder + CRNA

Brittney is a co-founder of Moving Minds Forward, as well as a co-owner of Ketamine + IV Therapy Clinic of NWA. She is a talented, intelligent CRNA who has been practicing Anesthesia since 2016. Prior to Anesthesia school, she worked in the Emergency Department and Cardiac ICU for four years. She received her degree in Nursing from Southwest Baptist University in Springfield, MO and her Masters of Nurse Anesthesia at Missouri State University in 2016.

Justin - Executive Director + Board Member

Justin is a board member and also serves as the Executive Director of Moving Minds Forward. He spent seventeen years as an educator in Arkansas public schools; he was a mathematics teacher for ten years and then spent seven years as an Academic Facilitator supporting teachers and students. He received a Bachelor's in Mathematics and Master's of Teaching from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and went on to obtain his Educational Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.

Sheena - Board Member

Sheena started her career in Accounting and Finance in 2007 after graduating from the University of Arkansas.  She is currently the CFO for NWA Recycling Inc. where she executes the company's financial strategies, including, but not limited to, developing company growth plans, identifying investment opportunities, and managing account procedures.
